SHOWELL RIDING SCHOOL - Kim Mussell BHSAI, INT. SM

About Us

Instructor
Kim Mussell - having been pony mad all her childhood, competing in all spheres but specialising in show jumping, Kim went on from school to Hartpury college to take a National Diploma in Horse Management. After leaving Hartpury, Kim became head girl/rider at a dressage stud where she started backing young horses and schooling horses to an advanced level in dressage. Whilst at the stud she also competed in British Dressge competitions. Along side this she started taking her British Horse Society exams, where she gained her BHSAI and the stage 4 exam. Kim is also a qualified first aider.

After gaining her BHSAI, Kim then went on to start teaching in different riding schools around Gloucestershire, where she has been teaching a wide range of riders in all disciplines.

Kim has now moved back to Hereford where her focus is to open and run SRS. Where her aim is to introduce the sport to new riders and to coach the more experienced rider.
